Verso Capital manages three funds with over €160M of capital, with offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, and Munich.

TARGET

The Facility Management business unit of Office Management, offering a one-stop shop solution for a wide range of services to streamline daily operations and enhance efficiency in office environments. Services provided include support services like cleaning and reception, a range of goods such as coffee machines, coffee, and fresh fruit, as well as a leading web shop for office supplies. The target employs approx. 150 people across five offices, generating a turnover of c. SEK 300m.

Office Management, a full-service provider of IT, communication, and office solutions for SMEs, holds a leading position in the Nordic market. Office Management is a portfolio company of Nalka, a Swedish private equity firm established in 2009. Nalka invests in market-leading small- and medium-sized businesses based in the Nordic and DACH regions, currently managing a portfolio of ten companies with combined sales of over EUR 2bn in 2022.
