QNTM Group, established in January 2021 by CEO Eivind Roald and launched in connection with Hesehus acquisition, invests in companies within the fields of digital strategy, sales and marketing software. QNTM Group is fully owned by Altor, a leading Nordic private equity fund. Since inception, Altor has raised some EUR 8.3 billion in total commitments and invested in more than 60 companies over 20 years.

Target

Hesehus is a leading Danish e-commerce platform and solutions provider based in Odense, Denmark. The company employs more than 100 people and has had great success with its own-developed e-commerce platform Bizzkit, used by multiple leading retailers across Europe.
