NetNordic, backed by Norwegian private equity house Norvestor, is a Nordic system integrator specialising in IT solutions and IT services within networks, security, cloud services and collaboration. The company has a pivotal role in secure and efficient implementations of business-critical IT solutions, as well as maintenance of IT solutions, for large and medium sized enterprises in the Nordic region. With revenue for the Group amounting to NOK 2.7bn and about 650 employees, NetNordic aims to strengthen its position within Microsoft cloud services through the acquisition of EdgeGuide.

EdgeGuide, founded in 2000, is a market-leading and cloud-native service provider dedicated to helping clients to innovate and grow in the digital era through the power of the cloud. Following its recent strategic transformation, EdgeGuide has specialised in cloud strategy, migration, infrastructure, and security based on the Microsoft software suite. The Company implements and manages IT solutions for primarily medium and large sized businesses. Based in Stockholm, Sweden, the company operates with c. 15 employees and generated revenues exceeding SEK 70m in 2023 with profitability of SEK 16m.
