Workbuster offers a dual-platform HR SaaS suite. The talent acquisition platform helps HR managers through the entire process of attracting, converting and analyzing talent. The comprehensive administrative support platform helps private employment service agencies track their program participants, the coaches and makes sure all documentation requirements are met. Workbuster was founded in 2007 and now has more than 400 customers across the Nordics. The Company is headquartered in Stockholm.

Seller

The Company’s founders Andreas Wernqvist and Peter Spetz, who will both acquire significant stakes in a newly formed HR software group.
