Vitruvian Partners is a UK based private equity firm with in excess of GBP 2 billion under management. Vitruvian has a long track record of successful growth capital investments alongside strong entrepreneurs. Snow Software was Viruvian’s second investment in the Swedish market.

Snow Software is a global leader in the delivery of on-premise and cloud-based Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions. Snow Software is head-quartered in Stockholm with international offices in several European countries as well as in the US, China and Brazil. The company was founded in 1997 and had sales of SEK 110 million in 2011.
