Ibexa provides a cloud-based Digital Experience Platform (DXP) specializing in solutions for B2B digital transformation. The company has customers across Europe such as Crédit Agricole, Pierre Fabre, Aschehoug, Groupe Atlantic and Whirlpool. Ibexa is headquartered in Oslo, Norway and has offices in Germany, France, Spain, Poland, the UK and the US. The company has 100 employees and ARR of more than SEK 100 million.

Management and private investors. All major shareholders will reinvest and remain as minority owners alongside QNTM.
