TARGET

Vanadis Diagnostics is a Swedish company developing a novel solution for non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) based on digital analysis of cell-free DNA.

SELLER

Vanadis Diagnostics was sold by the founding scientists, employees of the company and venture capital investor 20 North Street. The two founders will continue as employees at PerkinElmer in Sweden.
