Volution Holdings Ltd (UK), is a UK-based group of European ventilation companies owned by private equity firm Towerbrook. Volution includes the ventilation companies Torin Sifan, Manrose, Vent-Axia, Fresh and Pax. Fresh marked Volution Holidings premier acquisition outside of the UK and became an launch pad onto the Nordic market.

TARGET

Fresh AB offers a broad range of residential ventilation products, mainly targeting the DIY market in the Nordic countries. Fresh, based close to Växjö in Sweden, was established in 1969. Fresh had sales in 2011 of SEK 130 million.
